"Every Talent
Deserves a Chance."
Through "Khoj for Tomorrow," we seek to not only develop athletic skills but also values such as teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, which are essential for personal and community growth. By investing and helping these young talented individuals, we are creating opportunities for them to break free, build confidence, and achieve their strong dreams. At Triti Charitable Trust, we believe that every child, regardless of their socio-economic background, deserves the chance to shine and make their mark. We are committed to making this vision a reality by providing the necessary resources, support, and opportunities for these young athletes to excel in today’s world. The main issue that Triti addresses is poverty and unequal opportunities that are given to different parts of the society. For many years, gender equality has been one of the biggest problems that is faced by all individuals living in India. Men are usually given the upper hand and women are forced to be housewives in many of the communities. According to ……….,[a][b] In India, 100 million children, particularly those in poverty, lack access to sports, with 57% of schools missing playgrounds and only 1% of those under 35 participating in organized sports. Despite government initiatives like Khelo India Games, which saw a budget increase to $120 million, the impact remains limited, especially in rural areas where sports infrastructure is scarce.
"A Glimpse into Their World"
Tvisha and her younger sister, Kyra, have been playing badminton since they were 7 years old. Over the past decade, they have played at district, state, and even national levels. Badminton has profoundly shaped their perspectives and approaches to life, contributing significantly to their personal development and preparing them to face various challenges. The Triti Charitable Trust was founded by Tvisha and Kyra, along with their parents, driven by their shared passion for their sport. Motivated by the invaluable lessons and experiences they have gained over the years, they felt a strong desire to give back to both the community and the sport that has shaped them. As a young adult starting this foundation along with my family members, I think the biggest takeaway I carry is the experience and learnings that it provides me. I felt that being proactive, pursuing our passions and giving back to society are powerful ways to inspire athletes wanting to achieve their goals, change and grow as an individual myself. It also gives me an understanding of the challenges faced by the people in the underprivileged communities and how we together can help those in need by fulfilling their aspirations and goals in life.

Develop Athletic Skills
Triti foundation is driven by a long term vision that seeks to create transformative and long lasting changes in the lives of children in the underprivileged communities. We are passionate to continuously expand our reach and impact, by not only increasing the number of athletes we serve but also actively partnering with schools that support and sustain our mission. Currently, we are partnered with Happy School, a government-run institution located in DLF Phase 1 Gurugram (122002) which serves students from grades 2 to grade 5, and we work with 8 young and talented athletes to develop their skill and mindset. But, we envision expanding this small initiative to 20-25 participants very soon. [c] Alongside this, we also aim to start a “Talent discovery” program which will help us to scout talent easily in the school we partner with with the help of the teachers.

Khoj for Tomorrow
Our mission is embodied in our initiative, "Khoj for Tomorrow," which aims to discover and nurture the talents of today's children, guiding them toward a brighter and more promising future.
