A small dream can become a big one. We started with the vision of helping talented children reach their potential, and now we're excited to share our process for selecting these deserving kids. Below are some of the ways we identify and support young athletes, along with glimpses of their inspiring journeys.
“Selection of Students ”
ON 3 PARAMETERS- agility, technique, and attitude.
We started with over 200 students from grades 3-5 and ages ranging from 7-11 Finally, 8 students were selected - 4 boys and 4 girls.

“Identifying a Coach,”
we partnered with "Mr. Nurjeet" who was also aligned with our cause and was willing to help children in need. He has been training kids for badminton for over a decade. For the last one year he has been training our children for 4-5 times a week to develop their sports skills.

“Convincing the Parents”
Convincing the parents to allow their children to pursue sports and also commit their time to it. Given that sports are not highly prevalent and prioritized in the underprivileged section of our society getting their by in was a crucial step to making this cause a success.
We along with Nurjeet sir and the teachers of the school met the parents and inspired them to let their children pursue their dream. We were very successful in convincing the parents as only one child dropped out and its been now a few months and we see all the 7 children and their parents fully committed.

“Getting Students Ready”

“Getting on the Court.”
Finally, the training started on the court and all 7 kids have been consistently coming to play.
We have already seen some improvement in their badminton skills
